This Dining Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the undersigned student (“Student”) and Drexel University (“University”), acting through Drexel Business Services. It sets forth the terms and conditions by which the Student will use campus dining facilities provided by the University. This Agreement will be effective and legally binding on the date the Student, and if applicable, parent or guardian, electronically selects one of three Residential Mandatory Dining Plans (the “Dining Plan”) and signs and submits this Agreement via the DrexelOne portal (the “Effective Date”).
