When the official VCU Dining Services Contract form is electronically signed and submitted to Virginia Commonwealth University, or when a contract is established with VCU Residential Life and Housing to live in a dormitory-style residence hall, the Dining Services Contract becomes a binding agreement - a contract between the student, or in the case of a minor, a guarantor, and the University.

Please note that changes to your meal plan can be made only before the fifth day of class each semester. Any exception to the agreement must be approved in writing by the director of dining services. If the student is under 18 years of age, the parents or legal guardian will become a party to this agreement and will sign as evidence of accepting this responsibility.
