The student and parent, guardian or other guarantors are urged to carefully read the content of the following VCU Dining Services Terms and Conditions. When the official VCU Dining Services Contract form is electronically signed and submitted to Virginia Commonwealth University, or when a contract is established with VCU Residential Life and Housing to live in a dormitory-style residence hall, the Dining Services Contract becomes a binding agreement - a contract between the student, or in the case of a minor, a guarantor, and the University.

Your signature indicates you agree to purchase the indicated meal plan for the term(s) indicated. Please note that changes to your meal plan can be made only before the fifth day of class each semester. Any exception to the agreement must be approved in writing by the director of dining services. Meals may be added to this contract at any time at the Business Office. If the student is under 18 years of age, the parents or legal guardian will become a party to this agreement and will sign as evidence of accepting this responsibility.

The meal week runs Monday to Sunday. Meals and CalCards are non-transferable and may not be used by any other person. Students may use up to three meals per day maximum. Students can only use one meal per meal period.
