In conjunction with the Direct Bill Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) and Credit Application (“Application”), the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) create a binding Agreement between PFJ and Customer. These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of fuel and other items and services by Customer using their Account and Card(s) at the Locations. USE OF YOUR CARD AT THE LOCATIONS IS SUBJECT TO, AND ACKNOWLEDGES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME AS SET FORTH HEREIN.
