SÖZLEŞME/ AGREEMENTDirect Collection/Debiting System Agreement • December 15th, 2024
This agreement has been concluded in order to determine the procedures and conditions of the "Direct Collection/Debiting System" that will be implemented between the parties and the persons who are customers of both parties who want/will want to benefit from the system, between KUVEYT TURK PARTICIPATION BANK INC. (Bank) and (Seller/Provider) whose name/title is written at the end of the Agreement. This agreement is an annex to and integral part of the general credit agreement and banking services agreement between the parties, and in matters where there is no provision or clarity in the agreement the provisions of the mentioned agreement are complementary to this agreement and binding on the parties.
