EnronOnline and Enron Broadband Services, Inc. (“EBS”) have created a (the “Service”) to use the Enron Intelligent Network to connect EnronOnline customers to EnronOnline as an alternative to the Internet. ________________________ a __________ corporation (“,”) has elected to the Service.
