At the request of the Ratepayer the City of Rockingham of PO Box 2142 Rockingham DC, Western Australia and the Ratepayer agree that the City will accept payment of the Rates as set out in this agreement.

If you would like to use the direct debit payment method to pay your rates please complete this form. By completing this form you are authorising Council to deduct money directly from your bank account in line with the agreed payment dates and amounts. Please choose the payment option that suits you the best, either quarterly or monthly. Once established, this is a continuous agreement that can only be cancelled or amended in writing to Council.
