INTERIM DIRECT INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT Agreement, dated as of February 10, 2012 between THE CHINA FUND, INC., a Maryland corporation (the Fund), and RCM Asia Pacific Limited, a company organized in Hong Kong and registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (the Investment Manager).
