By applying for Ariat International, Inc.’s (“Ariat”) Campaign, You (“Influencer”) are entering into an agreement with Ariat and agree to the terms and conditions of Ariat’s Direct Response Influencer Agreement (“Agreement”) (each a “Party” or collectively the “Parties”).
