THIS DIRECTOR CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of May 5, 2016 and is effective upon the date hereof, by and between Endo International plc, a public limited company incorporated under the laws of Ireland (“Endo”), Todd B.
