The School Board of Independent School District No. 2144, Chisago City, Minnesota, enters into this Agreement with Michelle Kleist, (“Director”) who agrees to perform the duties of Director of Community Education and Communications for the School District. In the event that B.O.S.A does not issue a variance to the Chisago Lakes School District for this position, she will be given the title Director of Communications/Assistant to the Director of Community Education.
