ContractDirectors Guild of America Basic Agreement • December 19th, 2022
With respect to all theatrical motion pictures produced under this Directors Guild of America Basic Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “DGA BA” or the “BA”), the principal photography of which commences on or after July 1, 2020, which are released to free television or which are released to Supplemental Markets or New Media, the following provisions shall be applicable:

This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into between the Directors Guild of America, Inc. (“DGA”) and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers, Inc. (“AMPTP”), on behalf of the Employers which authorized the AMPTP to bargain on their behalf, which Employers are listed on Attachments #1 (Basic Agreement) and #2 (FLTTA) hereto.
