With respect to all television programs, the production of which commences on or after July 1, 2020, produced under the Directors Guild of America Inc. Freelance Live & Tape Television Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "FLTTA"), which are rerun on free television or which are released to basic cable, in Supplemental Markets, for foreign telecasting or for theatrical exhibition, the following provisions shall be applicable:
