This Reinsurance Agreement (“Agreement”) between The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Milwaukee, Wisconsin (“Northwestern Mutual”) and Standard Insurance Company, Portland, Oregon (“Reinsurer”) is effective as of January 1, 2005.
