This Reciprocal Mutual Aid Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between individual cemeteries and businesses that are members of the Alliance of Illinois Cemeterians (“AIC”) set forth on the execution pages hereto, including all counterparts, as of the date this Agreement is executed by an authorized signatory of each such party.
