The receiving facility is capable of accepting residents without jeopardizing the health, well- being, or safety of any resident. The receiving facility will designate an area for residents to shelter in place prior to transfer, and will designate space for staff, supplies, and equipment. The facility will assist in the transportation of staff, residents, and supplies. The receiving facility will ensure adequate space is available for proper social distancing, cohorting, and/or isolation of residents and staff.
