This Disclosure Dissemination Agent Agreement (the “Disclosure Agreement”), dated May 11, 2021, is executed and delivered by The School Board of Broward County, Florida (the “School Board”) and Digital Assurance Certification, L.L.C., as Disclosure Dissemination Agent (the “Disclosure Dissemination Agent” or “DAC”).
