This document constitutes a Disclosure Notice under the Legal Profession Act 2007 (the “Act”) between Us and the person / company named in a Schedule, Quote or other Pricing Document relevant to a particular matter. For litigation matters a supplementary litigation disclosure notice will be provided and is to be read in conjunction with this document for litigation cases. Our pricing documents and disclosure notices form our retainer with you which is also referred to as a “costs agreement” or our “retainer”. Our disclosure notice and relevant schedules/quotes are an offer to enter into a costs agreement with you and dictates the terms of your agreement with us. This document notice may only be provided once but will apply to all subsequent matters that you instruct us in.
