In this Business Credit Card Agreement and Disclosure Statement (this “Agreement”), the words “you” and “your” refer to the Business entity applicant (“Business”) and the owner(s) and/or officer(s) who warrant(s) that they have the authority (“Authorized Officer”) to request on behalf of the Business that we issue a Visa® credit card (a “Card”) to that person or to another person(s) employed by the Business entity (“Designated Employee”) on the same credit card account (“Account”). The words “you” and “your” mean each and either of the Business or the Authorized Officer, individually, and also jointly and severally. The words “we”, “us”, “our” and “State Farm Bank” mean State Farm Bank, F.S.B., a federal savings bank located in Bloomington, Illinois. Definitions of additional terms are contained in other paragraphs of this Agreement.

In this Agreement the words “you” and “your” mean each and all of those signing, using or having a credit Card account with Northwest Federal Credit Union, referred to as “we” and “us” or “Credit Union”. The “Card” means any credit Card issued to you or those designated by you under the terms of this Agreement. “Use of the Card” means any procedures used by you, or someone authorized by you, to make a purchase or obtain a cash advance whether or not the purchase or advance is evidenced by a signed written document. Virginia law will be used to interpret this Agreement unless federal law applies. The provisions of this Agreement are severable. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of law to be invalid or unenforceable the rest of this Agreement will not be affected.

This OnLine Banking Access Agreement and Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure (“Agreement”) provides information about and states the terms and conditions concerning the OnLine Banking services (“OnLine Banking” or “DFCU OnLine”) offered to You through DFCU Financial. This Agreement shall be an addendum to the existing Membership and Share Account Agreement that You received upon opening Your account, and as amended, with DFCU Financial. The terms and conditions of Your Membership and Share Account Agreement, and any disclosures as well as any other agreements with DFCU Financial shall remain in effect notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary.

This document and the table of Account-Opening Disclosures and other information printed on the card carrier that accompanies this document make up your credit card agreement with State Farm Bank. They are referred to together throughout this document as the Agreement. They contain important terms and disclosures regarding your credit card account. Please read them carefully and keep them for future reference. You will be bound by the terms of the Agreement unless you cancel your account within 30 days after you receive your credit card and before you or someone you have authorized uses your credit card or credit card account.
