Solvay Chemicals GmbH, a private company with limited liability under German law, whose registered office is at Hans Boeckler Allee 20, D-30173 Hannover, Germany, as Lead Company of acting in its own name and in the name and on behalf of all Members of the Sodium Carbonate and Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate Consortium with intention to register the Substance, in accordance to the Consortium Agreement dated 9th March 2009 (hereinafter referred to as "Lead Registrant")
