THIS CONTRACT is entered into on this 15th day of September, 2015, by and between FRIENDS OF THE ARLINGTON PUBLIC LIBRARY, INC. (hereinafter referred to as “FRIENDS”), a Texas nonprofit corporation with its mailing address at Friends of the Arlington Public Library, Post Office Box 134, Arlington, Texas 76004-0134, and the CITY OF ARLINGTON, TEXAS, a municipal corporation located in Tarrant County, Texas (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”), acting by and through its City Manager or his designee.
