This document is the Dispute Resolution Process (DRP) agreement between the Employee and his/ her employer (“the Company”), which is a direct or indirect subsidiary of Darden Restaurants, Inc. The DRP is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq.).

This document is the Dispute Resolution Process (“DRP”) agreement (“Agreement”) between you, the Employee, and Darden Restaurants, Inc. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, including GMRI, Inc. and Darden Corporation (collectively, “the Company”). The DRP is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq.). The requirements, obligations, procedures and benefits in this document are binding on the Employee and the Company during and after the period of the Employee’s employment.
