This Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the rates, terms and conditions for provision by Hill Country Long Distance (“Company”) of interstate and international long distance service (“Service”). Interstate long distance Service is a service involving a call originating in one state and terminating in another state (also referred to as a “state-to-state” call). International long distance Service is a service involving a call originating in one country and terminating in another country. As used in this Agreement, “you” and “your” refer to the individual or entity using or paying for the Service. domestic calls are timed by the Company in six (6) second increments and international calls are timed by the Company in sixty (60) second increments. "Ring-busy" and "ring-no-answer" calls will not knowingly be charged to the Customer and if charged in error, will be credited by the Company to the Customer. Timing begins at the "starting event" and ends at the "terminating event," unless otherwise specified. Time between the starting event and the terminating event is the call duration. The minimum call duration for a completed domestic call is thirty (30) seconds, unless otherwise specified.
