HEC and the Distributor are referred to in this Agreement from time to time individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.” Background A. HEC is in the business of designing, developing, manufacturing, distributing and selling electrical power generation systems using internal combustion engines fueled by either gaseous or liquid fuels.
