This AMENDED AND RESTATED DISTRIBUTION COORDINATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of June 12, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) between MONSTER ENERGY COMPANY (formerly known as Hansen Beverage Company) (“MEC”) and THE COCA-COLA COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (“KO”).
