THIS DISTRIBUTION, LICENSE AND MANUFACTURING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of January 20, 2012, (the “Effective Date”) by and among Remedent, Inc, a Nevada corporation (“Remedent Nevada”), Remedent N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Belgium (“Remedent Belgium) ( collectively “Remedent”) and GlamSmile Dental Technology, Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (“GlamSmile”).
