This Distribution Partner Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of 19th May 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Gogo Business Aviation, LLC (“Distribution Partner”), a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware, USA], with its principal place of business at 105 Edgeview Dr, Ste 300, Broomfield, CO 80021 United States, and Network Access Associates Limited (“OneWeb”), a company incorporated under the laws of England, with its principal place of business at West Works Building, 195 Wood Lane, London, W12 7FQ, United Kingdom.
