PPFAS Asset Management Private Limited (CIN: U65100MH2011PTC220623) (Investment Manager to PPFAS Mutual Fund (“PPFAS MF”)) a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at 81/82, 8th Floor, Sakhar Bhavan, Ramnath Goenka Marg, 230, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021 (hereinafter referred to as “PPFAS AMC/AMC”) which expression shall unless repugnant to the context and meaning thereof be deemed to mean and include its successors, executors, administrators, legal representatives and permitted assigns) of the FIRST PART.
