This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “County,” and The Friendly Center, Inc., a California nonprofit corporation, as “Grantee,” with the County and Grantee referred to as “Party,” or collectively as “Parties.”
