THIS AGREEMENT, entered into as of the date last written below (the “Agreement”) by and between the California High-Speed Rail Authority, an agency of the State of California, whose principal place of business and mailing address is 770 L Street, Suite 800, Sacramento, California 95814, hereinafter referred to as the “Authority”, and New Deal Ditch Company, a California Corporation whose principal mailing address is P.O. Box 877, Corcoran, CA 93212 hereinafter referred to as the “Facility Owner”.
