This agreement made and entered into this 1st day of January 2017, by and between Freedom’s Frontier National Heritage Area (hereafter FFNHA), a nonprofit corporation and Dest9ination Management, Inc., a Kansas nonprofit corporation, organized, create and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Kansas (hereafter DMI).
