DOD ESI SUPPLEMENT TO GSA EULADod Esi Supplement to Gsa Eula • August 12th, 2019
This document is to supplement and modify the terms of the Quest Software Inc. Software Transaction Agreement version 5-6-15 in place with the General Services Administration (the "GSA EULA"). The parties agree that the Software products and services purchased from Quest Software Inc. ("Quest") by entities within the Department of Defense, including, but not limited to the US Army, shall be governed by the GSA EULA and this document (the "DOD ESI Supplement to GSA EULA"). In the event of differences, ambiguity, or conflict between the GSA EULA and this DOD ESI Supplement to GSA EULA, the terms of this DOD ESI Supplement to GSA EULA shall take precedence and apply.
