This agreement must be reviewed, signed, and returned to the Agency before you can be accepted and considered for adoption opportunities. The agreement outlines the details and parameters of the process as well as the fees associated with our services. It is mandatory that you to take the time to read and understand each section of the agreement prior to signing and returning. As with any legal contract, we recommend you seek an independent attorney's review of the agreement. We also recommend that you and your spouse, if married, read this agreement out loud to each other in its entirety before initialing and signing.
