Orange Ave., Orlando, Florida 32801 and Douglas Miller, (hereinafter referred to as “the Applicant” and “the Property Owner”), whose mailing address is 3112 Ardsley Drive, Orlando, Florida 32804 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the parties”).
