This Agreement is made and entered into as of this day of August, 2002, by the City of Overland Park, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Kansas and having its principal place of business at City Hall, 8500 Santa Fe Drive, Overland Park, Kansas 66212-2899 (hereinafter referred to as “City”) and Fine Host Corporation, a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at 3 Greenwich Office Park, Greenwich, CT 06831 (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
