The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited [ONGC], a body corporate incorporated in India under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Deendayal Urja Bhawan, 5, Nelson Mandela Marg, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110 070 hereinafter called the "Seller " (which expression shall include where the context so requires or admits of, be deemed to include its successors, administrators and assigns) of the one part.
