The enclosed draft s.106 Agreement is agreed between WPD and Carmarthenshire County Council. As of 31 March 2015, WPD has signed this s.106 Agreement and it is currently with Carmarthenshire County Council for sealing and completion. When WPD is in receipt of the completed s.106 Agreement, this will be submitted to the Examining Authority.
