Reference is made to that certain Construction Loan Agreement dated as of ____________, 201___ (as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”) by and between _______________________________ (“Borrower”), and nd University of Minnesota Foundation – Dinnaken Housing, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company doing business as University of Minnesota Foundation Real Estate Advisors (“Lender”). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Loan Agreement.
