Formal or semi-formal dress that is no shorter than the top of the knee. Slits on dresses may not be any higher than the knee. Lace extensions and sheer overlays are not considered the hemline. The hemline must be an opaque fabric If adding fabric behind a “cut out” style for modesty, the fabric must be a color that does not match the skin tone of the student Backless, strapless, or dresses with clear straps must be covered with a sweater or blazer at all times NO visible cleavage or undergarments. A good rule is to place your hand at the top of your sternum. The neckline of the dress should be no lower than the width of your four fingers Dresses should fit as to maintain modesty while dancing
