This Agreement lists the qualification criteria and the terms and conditions related to membership of the vehicle sharing service provided by Evezy which is a wholly owned trading name of Rente Ltd of Fordrough, Hay Mills, Birmingham, B258DW under the company registration number 10479888 (hereinafter referred to as “Evezy”, “we”, “us” or “our”) to its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Drivers”, “the Driver”, “Driver” or “you”).
