These Driver terms and conditions ("Driver Terms") is entered into between Drops Technology Proprietary Limited, a private company registered in accordance with the laws of South Africa with Registration No 2009/011513/07) ("we", "us") and you, the person (being a company or individual) who wishes to provide delivery services to customers who place Delivery Requests on the App ("you", "your", etc).
