KLAMATH BASIN RESTORATION AGREEMENT DROUGHT PLANDrought Plan • July 11th, 2011
The Klamath Basin Restoration Agreement (Restoration Agreement) includes a number of programs related to water diversion and use, and improvements for fish habitat and passage. The Parties to the Agreement recognized that additional measures would be needed in certain low-water years and committed to developing a Drought Plan under Section 19.2 of the Agreement. The Drought Plan’s purpose and use is limited exclusively to implementation of the applicable terms of the Restoration Agreement.
