To help insure a safe, healthy, productive work environment for the employees of Bargain Barn, Inc. All employees are expected to report to work in a suitable mental and physical condition to perform their jobs satisfactorily. Being under the influence of drugs on-the-job poses serious safety and health risks, not only to the user, but also to all who come in contact with the user. Employees who abuse drugs face the risk of the forfeiture of workers’ compensation benefits. For these reasons, the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance is prohibited on or off the job. This drug free workplace program is implemented in compliance with Code of Alabama, 1975 - 25-4-78, 25-5-51, and 25-5-330 through 340; Tennessee Drug Free Workplace - T.C.A. Section 50-9-100 et. seq.; Georgia Drug Free Workplace - O.C.G.A. 34-9-410 through 34-9-421; North Carolina Controlled Substance & Regulation Act - § 95-230 to 95-235 (2003), and Kentucky Drug Free
