This Agreement is made this 1st day of December, 2017, by and between Denver Transit Operators, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the Company or DTO, and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, hereinafter referred to as the Union or SMART. This agreement is subject to the ratification of the bargaining unit members currently employed by the DTO and the Board of Directors of DTO. The Union shall promptly initiate its ratification procedures and advise the Company of the result. The Company shall take this Agreement to its next Board meeting for ratification and shall advise the Union of the result.
