Community College of Philadelphia (CCP) and Harrisburg University of Science and Technology (HU) enter into this Dual Admissions Transfer Articulation Agreement (Agreement) to facilitate the transfer of CCP students to HU. This Agreement applies to both full-time and part-time undergraduate students.
