Resulting from discussions among officials of the Jackson Fire Territory (JFT), and the Westfield Fire Department (WFD), Hamilton County, Indiana pertaining to the provision of optimum fire and emergency medical services within their jurisdictional boundaries, the following agreement has been reached.
