Dynamic Spectrum Alliance Limited (the “DSA”) is a private company limited by guarantee under English law. Member wishes to participate in the DSA in accordance with its Articles of Association (the “Articles”), the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the DSA Intellectual Property Rights Policy (the “IPR Policy“), and the other policies and procedures of the DSA.
