The Greenfield Co-operative Bank (hereafter "Bank" or "GCB") is pleased to offer you e-Access Business Internet Banking access (the "Service") for use by your business (the "Company", “you” or “your”) with your GCB business deposit and/or Loan account(s) (the "Account(s)") as shown on the e-Access Business Banking Application for the Company. This Agreement contains the rules and regulations covering the use of the Service. By requesting and accepting access to the Service, the Company agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this e-Access Business Internet Banking Agreement (the "Agreement") and the terms and conditions contained in the e-Access Business Banking Application, which is hereby expressly incorporated by reference and made part of this Agreement.
