Client hereby engages Bandwear to service its online store order and fulfillment needs. The term of this agreement shall commence on the date and time Client agrees to and digitally accepts Bandwear’s then current Terms & Conditions and shall continue for twelve (12) months thereafter. This agreement shall automatically renew for additional twelve (12) month terms upon expiration of the immediately preceding term unless Client or Bandwear give written notice to terminate the renewal term no sooner than 90 days prior to the end of the term and no later than 30 days prior to the end of the term.
