This Early Access Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) for the Truecaller Messaging for Business Services (as defined in Section 1.2) is entered into as of today (“Effective Date”) by and between Truecaller International LLP, a, limited liability partnership incorporated under the laws of India, ("Truecaller") and you (“you” or “your” “Customer”). If you are using Truecaller Messaging for Business Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, then “Customer”, “you” or “your” means that entity, and you are binding that entity to this Agreement.
