In addition to the GSConfluence Software as a Service (“SaaS”) Agreement, the following applies for Early Adopting Partners (“The Partner” and “Partners”). Partners will not convey outside their own organization the terms of this agreement; this agreement is subject to the confidentiality clause agreement included in the GSConfluence Software as a Service (“SaaS”) Agreement.
